The February Apprentice of the Month is Cody Baker. The Apprentice of the Month is selected by the members of the JATC and is chosen on the bases of work reports, grades, conduct on and off job and participation in school.

Ideal Competition held at the school
We would like to give special thanks to Ideal and Capital Tristate for putting the competition on. Jeff Koontz from Capital Tristate and Erin Royall from O. T. Hall & Sons have been especially helpful in providing speciality training in the 2017-2018 school year. We thank both of you for all your help.

Ideal Electrician Competition is coming to our JATC
On May 8, 2018 The Ideal elctricians Competition is going to be held at the Western Maryland JATC. It is open to all apprentices and Journeyman wireman. Please contact the JATC to enroll for the competition.
2018 Apprentice Graduation Date set
The Graduation date for the 2018 class will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 6 PM. The Graduation Ceremony will be held at The Cumberland Outdoor Club.
